Replacement Blue Buffing Rouge to use with the Acrylic Pen Buffing System designed by Master Pen Maker Barry Gross. Finally, a system that will polish your pen blanks to perfection! This quick and easy two step buffing system will produce a completely scratch free finish on your acrylic blanks or CA finished blanks. Simply charge the cotton wheel with the specially formulated blue rouge, polish the pen blank for a few seconds then finish by buffing the blank on the flannel wheel for that ultimate wet look finish. Systems includes: #2MT for easy mounting to a #2MT headstock, 8mm mandrel, plastic bushings, one 4 cotton wheel, one 4 flannel wheel, and buffing compound.
